Bolton Place Townhomes Floor Plans — Townhomes

Bolton Place townhomes are the collection this page exists to track. Public listing sources and the builder's community roster both support a townhome product at the Gore Road and King Street location. Everything underneath that heading — plan names, interior sizes, garage counts, stacked versus traditional layouts, walkout conditions, and elevation packages — has not been released as of September 6, 2026.

This page therefore stops at collection tiers. Inventing model names or quoting square footage from a different Opus Homes townhome community would make the page look complete and make it wrong. Buyers comparing Bolton Place towns to other Caledon or Brampton launches should treat any third-party floor-plate graphic without an Opus Homes source as unverified.

Detached homes are also planned at Bolton Place. They appear below only so the product mix is not hidden. This site does not pretend to be a detached-homes brochure. First-time buyers and investors who are specifically comparing towns should read the townhome card first and wait for Opus Homes to publish that collection sheet.

Townhomes

Bolton Place's townhome collection is the product this site tracks. Public listing sources confirm towns are planned. Specific plan names, interior square footage, garage layouts, stacked versus traditional configurations, and whether the towns will be freehold, condominium, or freehold with a POTL have not been published by Opus Homes as of September 6, 2026.

Also planned — not the focus of this site

Detached homes at the same community

Bolton Place is also planned to include single-family detached homes. This page does not invent lot widths or model names for that collection. Buyers comparing towns against detached lots at the same intersection should wait for Opus Homes to publish both packages rather than mixing in plans from another Caledon release.

What a townhome package usually contains

In a typical GTA freehold or POTL townhome launch, the first useful document is a collection sheet: frontage, interior square footage, bedroom count, and whether the garage sits at grade. A stacked-town launch instead leads with a suite mix and a condominium declaration summary. Bolton Place has published neither format, which is why this page will not guess which one is coming.

Title structure matters as much as the floor plate. A freehold town with a POTL shares private-road costs; a condominium town shares more of the building. Until Opus Homes states which legal form the Bolton Place towns will take, monthly-cost comparisons against resale Bolton towns are not apples-to-apples. That question is tracked on the pricing page as POTL / common-element fees — to be announced.

When a brochure does appear, this page will name the collections as Opus Homes names them. Until then, the practical step is registration. Floor-plan packages are rarely emailed to the open internet on day one; they go to the list a registration desk already has. Registering here does not lock a townhome. It is how a household gets on that list without a phone call.

Occupancy timing is also unreleased and should not be inferred from other Opus Homes communities in Pickering, Brampton, or Stouffville. A Founders Walk town plan or a SouthCal collection sheet is not a Bolton Place floor plan. This page will not paste those documents in to look finished.

What first-time townhome buyers should look for

When a Bolton Place townhome sheet is released, the useful details are not the marketing names. They are interior square footage, bedroom and bathroom count, whether the garage is at grade or tandem, whether the rear yard is private, and whether the plan is an end unit with extra windows. First-time buyers stretching a down payment care about those items because they change both livability and resale comparables in existing Bolton.

Elevation packages and structural options (walkouts, lookouts, finished basements) often arrive after the first collection sheet. They are where a "from" price stops being the price a household actually writes a cheque for. This page will not preview those options from another community. It will list them when they are published for Bolton Place towns.

Buyers comparing towns against the detached collection at the same intersection should wait for both packages. A detached lot width is not a townhome specification, and a townhome interior size is not a proxy for a detached model. Mixing the two before either brochure exists is how first-time buyers end up underwriting the wrong product.

Prices, sizes, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. E.&O.E. Information current as of September 6, 2026.
